Since October I have been fighting with rosewe over a bathing suit. All I wanted was an exchange, I sent the bathing suit back for an exchange.

Wrote my Return number as they asked me on the package. They are telling me they never received the bathing suit and will not exchange it. The thimg I dony understand was if I had wanted to just RETURN the bathing suit they told me to keep the suit and they would credit HALF. SO NOW, they have my bathing suit and haven't credited me anything.

This has gone on since October over $35. they told me that they would give me half my money back. I ONLY wanted to EXCHANGE it.Like a dummy,and an honest one at that, I sent the bathing suit back and now I am out a bathing suit and the half that they were going to credit me back!

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with as far as online purchases! If you are reading this before you order something from rosewe, I am telling you do not waste your money!
