We received the items from Rosewe.My wife tried them on and contrary to the size on the labels, they did not fit.
She contacted Rosewe to return the items. After two different alternates we given, she decided to return the items because she couldn't wear them. We were given instructions to return the items. We followed the instructions and set them to the indicated address.
We have never received credit for the items. After contacting Rosewe, we were given a ticket number for the problem.
So far the ticket has not been acted on or resolved.Most frustrating is there is no human to talk to.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
