I PLACED AN ORDER AND IT GOT SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS I CONTACTED THEM TO SWITCH TO A NEW ADDRESS AND THEY SAID DON'T WORRY WHEN IT GETS TO THE OTHER LOCATION, WE WILL REFUND YOU LIES AND MORE LIES! I HAVE BEEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND I BOUGHT AGAIN WHILE WAITING FOR MY REFUND ON THE FIRST ONE BUT NEVER GOT IT THEY JUST KEEP SAYING They're GOING TO HELP AND NOTHING GETS SOLVED AND It's GOING ON THREE MONTHS NOW OBVIOUSLY THE PERSON WHO GOT THE ITEM IS NOT Going to RETURN IT THE AGENT TOLD ME TO GO TO THAT ADDRESS AND ASK FOR IT OMG!

HOW EMBARRASSING!! I'VE NEVER DEALT WITH A COMPANY SUCH AS THIS ONE IT JUST SAYS THAT THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM, I GUESS THEY DON'T CARE TO MAKE Their CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND IT IS SO ANNOYING THAT Nowadays WE CAN'T TALK TO A LIVE PERSON SO WE LOSE OUT SMH!
