I just ordered a dress that came in after I needed it. So I went on their website got the return info and PAID THE SHIPPING MYSELF to send it back.

IM getting NOWHERE with this company. I have sent several emails all they keep saying is they will refund 1/2 back due to shipping costs. Although I paid the shipping. No customer service , I press the live chat button you only can submit a ticket.

3 weeks now, still NO REFUND!!! Terrible company!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I'm getting nowhere with this company.

I think they are the worst company EVER!.

Any other company would of credited your account quickly and have a customer service number to speak with a human being. I regret not reading the reviews before I ordered from them.
