I previously sent my complaint on to you at pissed consumer I have had no reply or refund and will NEVER buy from them again and will spread the word to everyone. Terrible way to conduct a business.

Unfortunately I sent it. Back to address on package with a message inside explaining why. A lot of good that did. Whoever received it probably just swallowed it up for free.

For their information they must put return instructions clearly within the parcel and how to get a refund.

They won’t get my business ever again. The cheek of them as I still get info from this company almost every day.
