and NONE have been answered. The site clearly states that one will get a return address so that you can send the products to be exchanged however its been 2 weeks ... no responses and am still waiting on the feedback as where I should send the received package for exchange. !!!Why is this site so useless to responding to messages and customers complaints??
and yet in FB i continuously see the posting and promotion of its products.!!!
How can a customer successfully exchange their product??? Its a simple request !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
