I placed an order for 2 dresses in February; I had 2 weddings to attend (1 in April, the other in May), got an email stating my order was shipped. Contacted my USPS, items never received.

Of course I had to purchase other dresses for the weddings. After at least 10 emails, Rosewe said I would get a refund. It is now July 26, no refund, no dresses. Since this company is located in China and you can only make purchases online, I feel that FACEBOOK and all other social media sites that sponsor this company should remove them from their respective website.

Let's stop promoting companies that have terrible customer service.

I would be willing to submit the emails i sent and received from this company as evidence. Any recommendations on how I can get my money back

Reason of review: Never received order.

Monetary Loss: $60.

Rosewe Cons: Poor customer service, China shipping.
