I ordered a swimsuit, it took one month to reach me. The top was OK but the bottoms were no where near the size I ordered.

I jumped through all of their hoops on refunds and ticket numbers and emails. They told me I could either ship it back and pay the shipping and handling or I could keep the swimsuit and receive half refund. They sent me an email stating that a refund has been issued. I’m glad I took a picture of it with my phone because that’s been a month ago and two more emails, jumping through more response and no refund yet.

Lousy company, lousy customer service. I regret ever ordering from them.

I order from the other company I ordered a black dress with the cut out across the top and when I got it at first I didn't notice the cut outs until I looked at the picture of the dress online and low and behold the dress that I got the cut out were just out with the scissors no hems or nothing. I tried to email them but that didn't work.

So i was on Face Book and I saw this company Rosewe talking about discounts etc..

so I clicked on it and the same clothes was on their site from the other store so I got to thinking is this a scam??? Here something esle to think about their clothes doesn't have the price tag attached and their packing is poor..


I ordered from this company paid extra for early delivery I think it was 6-7 business days.... roll on a month and few Weeks later no dress.....wrote to their customer services department no reply luckily I placed my order and paid via PayPal so escalated the issue and after a few weeks PayPal ruled in my favour getting my money back.... never ordering from them again!!!
