I ordered 3 dresses on February 17,2015.Took about 4 weeks getting to me. Before I received the clothes I called their customer service line but nobody picked up.I decided to take them up on their offer and write a ticket and shortly after I filed a claim with PAYPAL, I received the dresses to cut my long story short, the dresses were of extremely poor quality. Looked like a rushed tailoring job.Button sewn hanging without an attachment. The other two dress were just hideous and I would never wear the.Please Never EVER spend your hard earned money on their ***.Not worth it.I do not intend to wear x

I ordered $77 worth of items on 2/11/15. I put a ticket in after a few weeks and was told the items would ship in 5 days.

I am still waiting. I put another ticket in today to ask for a refund.

We shall see what happens. Thankful I used PayPal and not a credit card.

I have the same problem, I ordered 220 dollars worth of items and I'm yet to get anyone.... I also paid extra to have my items shipped in 4 days.

Rosewe - Never get what you paid for

paid for my two dressed over a week ago, never got my order number, shipment advise etc Nothing. no one contacted me for days, until i started sending them emails about my purchase and when i am going to get it. Someone replies me back Please understanding, nearly Chinese holidays, i will urge them to ship soon. Well, that was last week, and this week. I started threatening them to take complaints further, all they keep saying, Please understanding, we will ship soon, some staff on holidays, some work hard. As a comparison, another Chinese distributor i bought clothes online from recently, they sent me official confirmation of purchase, order requisites, shipment details, tracking number, and in two weeks i got my parcels. I will send complain emails officially to the trading and taxation departments in both Australia and China to investigate this dodgy business. I asked for my money back now.

Yeah this company freaking SUCKS! I dont have a problem waiting to get my items however I do have a problem receiving an item that is nowhere close to what I ordered...I ordered a gorgeous try colored dressed that wouldve been perfect for work, but what I received was a tri color silky looking dress that looked like it was the costume from THE INCREDIBLES.... I think this company knows that people will probably not return anything because to lose a mere $12 on an item is a drop in the bucket to one person but I'm sure over time they have acquired a pretty penny or sending items and not being asked for a refund from quite a few consumers leaving them to make off pretty great.... this is by far the WORST website I have ever ordered from and I am an avid online shopper.....ROSEWE you suck ***!

I am extremely angry. I ordered a "dress" from this website on the 28th of December hoping that it would arrive with my dailylook order just in time for new years! My dailylook order arrived on New Years Eve and here I am sitting here on January 5th, and still no sign of my "dress." Also I recieved an email from Rosewe.com that was happy holidays card and the card was a team of dental care workers and a list of their different oral surgeries. I am fuming and everytime I try to log in to my account, it says my account does not exist. I have tried the only email and 3 passwords that I use. None of which work... I tried making a new account and it says my email was already being used. I tried to email myself a forgot password and it says then that my email does not exist in their system? HOW does that make sense?! Sincerely, A VERY pissed consumer.

I Ordered 2 items and requested 5 day shipping $4.99 to get in time for an event. I did not receive the clothing until 2 weeks later so not in time for event. Once I did get I found poorly made clothing that was not as pictured. The jacket had no buttons or way to close and the dress was about 3 sizes smaller than ordered. The cost to return would be 1/2 of what I paid as you need to ship to china. Waste of money and horrible service. I requested to return and their resigns was bizarre, that said I should wait and see if I liked it? I already know I don't like it. Do not waste your money on this site.
