Don't like or understand why it's so difficult to get in touch with customer service. I don't want to fill out a ticket, I want one of two things, my order or my money back.

This company is a massive MASSIVE waste of time & money. It would take so long to explain it all. Was the most horrible experience I've ever had ordering online... by a long shot. I didn't even know it could go that bad. Not only do they send costume versions of what you think you're ordering, but a refund from them is an absolute joke. Took me a year of getting nowhere to accept that, AFTER I paid 70 something to send it all back to freaking CHINA! I lost nearly 350.00 overall. Plus a TON of time! So much anger & frustration is what you will get. In fact, you pay your own money to go through total bs. Please spare yourself

Rose we.com and Roaewell are one in the same!! Orders placed are not fulfilled. Merchandise is sent from China. Can't vouch for quality since package never arrived due to poor addressing. Company will not refund monies. I lament not reading reviews prior to ordering.
