Rosewe - Returning an item that doesn’t fit

I sent an email for a return got a return item number on the email it said 1 business day I should receive instruction on how to return the item never heard from them I tried to log in to my account and it said my email address was not valid also try to find a number there is no number tried to go on live chat couldn’t get in because my email address is not valid so I don’t know what to do to get my refund

I am trying to get a refund via Paypal but it's proving quite difficult. Rosewe delivered a parcel with a UK return address on the front. I returned the item via recorded delivery, it was signed for at the address they provided, I have raised 2 'tickets' on their website with no reply. I am trying to get Paypal buyer protection to reclaim the money from them but it's not easy. Complete scam that makes it impossible for people to return the inferior items.
