Rosewe - Do not waste your time-much less your money!
I ordered several dresses totaling over $200. They sent me 2 of several dresses. Never wore any- tried only 1 on. Too small cheap quality. Because I tried it on, they consider it damaged-it was not. Read the fine print- you are not allowed to see if it fits before making up your mind if you want it. Btw it’s over a month since I returned. No money yet...BUYER BEWARE!!! SCAM!!!!!

Rosewe - Items received NOT NEW but clearly USED and DAMAGED
Ordered several dresses and a blouse. Upon receipt, all dresses and blouse were NOT NEW but clearly USED and DAMAGED. None of the items had tags or labels as new clothes are expected to have. All items stuffed into very small bags (poor packaging) which explains why they were all wrinkled. Three months has passed and It has been virtually impossible to contact this company to get a so called “Ticket” to return items. Now I’m stuck with badly damaged and poorly sewn items that I would never wear. I’m out over $400.00.

I returned my 2 products of clothes on Jun 2, 2019 and have done all I have to do do to receive my refund of $64.21. Please check into my account and let me know when am going to receive my refund. I was not satisfied with the quality of the clothes.

I made a purchase through PayPal for a dress amount $35.90. I had to return it because of the size and color, I am wanting a full return to my Paypal account. Post office tracking number shows it was delivery to your address on April 20, 2019. I have not received any money at this time. I would like to know when I received my refund. Rosewe - SCAM!
I bought 3 shirts from Roswe. I attempted to return one shirt as it is huge and ugly. It say 100% return. I did everything they ask you to do which is returning and sending in the number for the tracking and paying shipping etc. Still they will not return my money and keep asking me what I want to do. So now they not only have their merchandise back but my money too. They are nothing but a scam company from China pocketing the money. I attempted to turn them into the BBB however they must reside in US or they can do what they want without anything you can do. Do not use this company. I should have checked it out online before using I was a fool now paying the price.
