I have had the same problem with Rosewe. Worst company ever.

I am going to contact my state attorney general's office for more assistance. Do NOT buy from this company ever. My 2 blouses I ordered and my 2 bathing suites I ordered do not fit me and do not look good on me. All I'm trying to do is get information on how to return them and get a refund on my credit card.

I was able to get a ticket submitted and they replied wanting photo's and sku's for my items. They already have all that information on my order #, which they have. They have not responded. Thankfully, I only spent a little money.

I will NEVER recommend them nor will I ever buy from them. I didn't even know I was buying from a company in China in the first place! If anyone has any information on how to assist with this, please let me know.

If this was a company located in the U.S.A., I would not be having this problem. Patti B
