I ordered 5 items that did not come close to fitting me, their size chart was totally off.I would have to have been a triple 000 in order to fit.

I contacted via the web site to request a refund. I was offered 20% compensation and i could keep the clothes ...what the heck im i suppose to do with clothes that dont fit? I requested again 100% refund .was told they would refund but only if i pay the return postage to China plus it must he sent registered mail and take a photo of the postage receipt. I explain the i should be able to return it to dayton new jersey since that is where it was mailed from and why should i pay registered mail when they didnt sent it via registered mail?...i am waiting to hear back..

these emails have been going back and forth since the 1st of April 2017.Will keep you posted if i ever get my money back?
