I have not received my refund

I have not received my refund for the returned items, women dresses. I didn't like the quality, nor the material.

I was told that I had to keep the one which wad on sell.

It looked better Tha the rest

I sent the dresses back within a weeks time. I will send a copy of my receipt from the UPS STORE.

You keep stating that something is wrong try another card or PayPal. When I try the number you have on Google and it doesn't work.

Totally frustrated and disappointed. You said the problem was solved now I beginning to think this is all a scam.

Refund poor customers service phone number 1-71*-***-**** out of service this is a joke

MY problems is that I can not reach anyone to talk to about my refund or when I am going to get it back. My other problem is that I lost or someone stole my debit card and I have to order another one and I need to give that new information.

So whenever I do get my refund it can go on my new card or you can send a check don't care .

No working phone number so I can reach someone. I hope this is not a spam because I will report you to whoever because I send the clothes back and I have my receipt

Return/exchange item

I just want to return an item and it seems impossible. Out of all the online companies this is the hardest to communicate with and get a straight answer.

I will never order from this company again and will not recommend you to anyone.

I ordered 8 shirts, 4 dresses and 1 tankini , I only receive 3 dresses, 5 shirts and 1 tankini and on my order #R240211****348354 it said the latest delivery date is 03-23-24 and the order is not completed, I want the rest of the items I stated that is missing I've already paid for them, need some answers asap, I explained I am going on vacation I need the remainder of my order.

An order issue

I have written to this company numerous times to try and get a receipt for some dresses that I purchased that were delivered to the wrong address. I contacted UPS and they said if I could get a receipt for them that they would refund my money.

I cannot copy the receipt from my phone so all I am asking is if they would send me a receipt. I don't know why I am getting the run around about this but I am a regular customer and I have purchased a lot of things from them.

When I have to go through something like this it makes me not want to do business with them anymore. I hope I can get some help with this.

I don’t think this is a good place to buy stuff cause I had to buy over $700 thing. Some of them were too big. I still cannot return them. This is ridiculous.

Also, they have no customer service they give a number you call you call nobody pick up thats not nice. Thats ridiculous. Stop lying.

On Monday my packages says it was delivered but i never received it the message it was give to an individual so I asked my neighbor did the have my package and they replied no so now i have an investigation going on with the post office to see where the package really is
