I returned an item to rosewe August 6th for a refund I bought the dress twice that's how bad I wanted to dress and sent the First dress back for a refund I have not received my refund as of yet I'm as

I have not received any refund as of yet and this started about the middle of August August 14th I have not got any refund any notification saying where the refund is each time I speak to one I give them all the information they need and they give me a lie what steps do I have to take to get my refund

User's recommendation: My recommendation is the new one to do business with rosewe because they seem to be a fraud.

I ordered a covered for a swimsuit for $22. And the site charger me $105.05

Why did the site charge me $ 105.05 for a cover over for a swimsuit. Please cancel my order please and return the money to my account please. Thank you, Brenda Austin Walker.

They pull 1000 dollars from my account yesterday, those orders was a mistake cancel or the orders

Yesterday I got in touch with chat , and report that all the orders around 1000 dollars was a mistake, I try to cancel the orders yesterday, but they took the money from my account, please can someone fix my problems thanks

Extremely poor service delivery

Rosewe - Extremely poor service delivery
I have purchased x2 dresses, when they arrive very bad quality and big size. I have returned the dresses on the 28th/08/2021. Until today, no response from them. We have sent them several emails but still no response.

User's recommendation: Do not buy anything from rosewe as they are service when it comes to returns is bad.

Takes to LONG for delivery of merchandise!

I orders several dresses for an event in August. Delivery dates have changed 3 times and here we are at end of September and I still don't have my merchandise! Company keeps asking to please give it 1-2 more days and NOYHING arrives! They refuse to give a refund, this company just takes money and you never get your merchandise! No one to speak to only CHAT! with people that can't help you or do for you THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF! anything for you! THIS

Wrong size

It is not a complaint as such. I ordered 2 blouses in medium which is my usual size but they fit a little small so I was wondering if I could return them for large. Please let me know if that is possible and how I I can return them.

I would like to talk to someone on customers service y can i gat a number i spent my cash and did not received it need my stuff for my birthday on Monday and you are pushing me around .

FedEx is saying they delivered my package which is a lie for i was at work they said i sign wich is another lie i check even got landlord to run the camera notting was delivered

I'm trying to get an exchange, being that the items are too big. I haven't gotten a response. I filed to get a ticket to send items back and it's been 5 days and no response.
