I have tried multiple times to reach someone about a return and use. It seems like you are careless about your customers.

Almost impossible to exchange an item
I have been trying for an hour to reach customer service to exchange a pair of pants for a larger size. To no avail. I will never order from this company again.e

I returned the items about a month ago and have not received or heard anything from the order that was placed.
Was sent another jumpsuit when a refund was requested
No one has responded to pickup the jumpsuit and to refund my money. I am sure they are waiting to say it has passed a return deadline.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I placed an order 18 days ago and have yet to receive it. I did not receive an email of confirmation, I did not receive anything about a tracking number My PayPal account has the amount deducted from my PayPal so my order was processed.
Money was taken, but no goods exchanged. I called the customer service number to find that it is a nonworking number. There is no one to talk to about this issue.
I did send an email and I am hoping someone will talk to me through email. Otherwise I have spent about $100 and have nothing from this company to show for that.

User's recommendation: I cannot recommend this company basically because I did not get what I ordered. It might’ve been a different case that I’ve been holding the materials or tried on the garments… But I spent $100 and have nothing to write a review about other than I’ve paid for things that I don’t have. That is bad business and very disheartening.

I was given a 'shipping discount,' but when it arrived, I couldn't get it from the post office unless I paid $8 more in shipping. So, I ended up paying a total of $54, which is overpriced for the quality. The bathing suit looks okay, but it is made of cheap material.

I communicated back and forth with customer service, formed a ticket#, replied to the ticket number, and sent pictures of the stuff that they sent me. By the way, only one of the swim dresses is online; so far, I've received no reply. How can you send a customer swim wear when she ordered casual wear?

Problem with delivery
I received only 3 of the 4 items ordered yet the record reflects that all 4 items were delivered. The packaging had been sliced/cut, giving the appearance the item had been removed
