Beautiful

Ordered items, and one item, were missing. A customer service number is a non-working number. I would like to speak directly to an agent to get a resolution to my problem, but haven't been able to get a direct number to talk to someone. I only received 3 of my 4 items and would like to get this resolved. Ordered Resolved... Thanks for the quick response.

Sent the wrong blouse

Rosewe - Sent the wrong blouse
I ordered a green off the shoulder blouse and it is not what was on the picture my blouse I recieved is opened to the breast the blouse on the picture the blouse was closed to the hip now I have to pay a seamstress to sew the front of the blouse my order number RR220824****209430 I need to know why I was sent the wrong blouse
