I did receive the package December 31st but belt missing from one dress after all this time, I will count this up to my lost,I know this will never get resolved since it took me this long ,I will not order again, it's to stressful being a senior citizen but thanks for your follow up.

Package wasnt received as promised. I ordered dress on Nov1,2022 in order to receive it on time.I need this dress for a party on Dec 10,2022 and I been keeping a track on it,and it keep saying it At Jamaica facility waiting on UPS pickup and thats been sitting there since Nov 15 with no update.I checked it everyday all day because the party is next Saturday.The way this order went I will never ordered from them again.I chatted with them on line they told me it was a delay and it will be shipped in 10dsys which thats a lie.My delivery date was on November 17th but if I knew I wasnt going to get it before December 20th I would have never ordered it.So now I got to buy another outfit for the party on next Saturday. I am one pissed customer

I ordered 3 sweaters and one blouse and a pair of earrings. I only received one sweater and one blouse. I included a picture of the items I received. This was a birthday gift for my sister whose birthday is Saturday 10/30/2021. Now it's messed up. And the blouse supposed to be ,an XL it looks like a small. Truly not happy.

I ordered two tops and paid by paypal. After not hearing anything for two weeks, I tried going to their website to track the order number with no luck. I then went to paypal and sent an email to the address listed asking about the status of my order. They responded the next day to say it shipped and sent me the tracking info. Sure enough, I received my order with no issues. The tops were exactly what I ordered. After reading all these reviews, I'm wondering if using paypal caused a better outcome. I would like to order two more tops but am hesitant - not wishing to tempt fate. Did anyone else use paypal as a payment option with good success?
