I returned a bathing suit about 2 months ago...can't find a contact no. to get the status. Ive also emailed over a month ago, and no reply back. I started to purchase 2 bathing suits at once...so glad I didn't. I will not purchase from them again.

I ordered a dress a couple of months ago it did not suit me. I sent it back via post office which cost me £9.50. I contacted Rosewe to ask when I would receive my refund. They replied and said I need a tracking number there was no returns ticket or tracking number. I went back to the post office they said Rosewe should have given me one. If I knew I was going to have this carry on I would have just kept the dress. I am very angry as they have the returned dress and I have no refund. Take my advice do not order from this company
