It took 4 weeks for my dresses to arrive. They sent me 2 of the same dresses in the same color..I wanted two different colors. The size was super small. I usually fit their sizes but not this time.

I tried to follow return instructions..I did everything. They promised me a return receipt via email. I never got it. I have 2 of the same dress in the same color sitting in a bag that I cannot wear. I have no way to return them. I would never recommend Rosewe to anyone again. This is NOT the first time I received items I could not wear with no way to return them. Shipping often takes longer than one month when I order from them. I waited patiently. But this time it is too much. I really need my refund and a way to return these dresses either for a larger size and two different colors or my money back.

Products came late, mildew, and poor quality

I ordered many items $400+ and I was unsatisfied. The quality is poor and one item came mildewed... I feel like website return was cumbersome. I also believe they are charging me to return these items that aren't what they advertise. Cheap. Poor quality. Poor workmanship.

Poor quality

Price too good to be true! The dress displayed in the photo that I ordered looked nothing like the dress I received. It was very poorly made and awfully poor quality. Refund was given but only received about 1/2 due to return shipping. Never again will I purchase from this company.

Not getting response

I like the first begin by saying I made a purchase with this company and then they sent me a confirmation number and then it disappeared but my bank is stating the basics money out of my bank they can't find my order for my order form that they won't get on the phone and speak to me directly and I'm getting very upset upset about the situation because it's a piece or an item that I really want it and I don't believe I'm going to be able to get it if they do not respond to me timely fashion

Need to return item

Cannot get into site that one must contact in order to make return. I am now stuck with a bathing suit that does not fit and I am out $35.00. I will never order from this company again. Very dissatisfied. companyAvaAvoid this

Rosewe continue to cancel my orders

I ordered many dresses and everytime I place an order rosewe would cancel my order saying that they were out of stock, but after i would go on there site to look for another dress i would see that same dress again. My friend placed an order on 12/21/2020 and they declined her order, please can you tell me what is going on with this company.

Didn't receive items and they were returnef

Ordered some dresses, but they were never delivered got a message from the post office saying they were returned to the sender because of delivery instructions. Still, we left no exceptional instructions; please resend items to the address provided without any special delivery instructions, leave the package in the mailbox.Please let me know you have received this either on this email or the email provided by Shaun Phillip the person whom placed the ordered, we need this order asap .I really appreciate any help you can provide..

Trying to return dresses i ordered. no response back

I ordered several dresses and are trying to return them to address on the package. Post office says wrong zip code. No way to return. I need a return address that is good.

Order

I want to know where my order is. The money was taken out of my account on June 6th. It shows my order has been shipped however that was over 10 days ago. I want my order! I want to know where it is.

No customer service shipping four or five weeks out

Shipping is late, very late, cannot contact them for customer service

Rosewe Did Not Refund My paypal Card for Items That I returned Back to them

Starting March 3/2020, I Ordered Items, because of Cordiv-19 there was a Big Delay in Shipping When The Items Finally Reached Me It Was To Late for What I needed Them For. I Returned the Items, I Never Wore them and some were XL When I Examined them would have been to Large. Order# R200304****772-Item 1990****-*XL,/ Order# 200314****54629 , R10256**** *Items,/R200310****40288 , R10255**** / Order#200302****502584, -R10252**** / Order#R200310****122663 & #R200314****56529. I Paid return Shipment Fee $18.65. Total amount of Refund I Should have received $238.00. I Feel I have been Taken Advantage of By Rosewe You have My Money and Your Merchandise. I only have A Bill From Paypal . I Have Asked have Someone Contact Please I Get No Response (704)334-**** I Returned Items to 371 Little Falls Rd #4 Cedar Grove, NJ 07009
