It takes weeks to get merchandise.Sizes are way off.

Have to order at least 2 sizes up. Trying to return, no packing slip. Online have to open ticket. One item I received a week ago and it won't let me open a ticket to return it.

There is no shipping address to send the return and the labels on the package received have the address cut off. I did not realize this company was in China. It is impossible to get any satisfaction. This company makes it virtually impossible to return and thus get a refund.

I would not order from this company.It is ridiculous.

I have the same problem.I feel like a sucker.

well it won't happen again.

I will stick with my regular three online shops, lesson learned.really sad, because I will not give anyone else a chance
