Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I placed my on-line order with Rosewe on 4/12.

I finally received the package in late May when I was out of town. The clothing items did not fit.

Per their on-line instructions, I submitted a ticket through the Rosewe website to request return/refund on 6/12.

Rosewe sent an immediate reply that my return/refund request was denied because they claimed I received the order over 30 days prior. They referred me to their policy which does not allow returns after 30 days of receipt.

In a 2nd and 3rd dispute through their on-line ticket service, I explained my position, but as of 6/13 I have not received a reply to my dispute.

Other than their ticket process, Rosewe does not provide any other means of communication such as phone number or mailing address.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $165.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Cutomer service or web site, Customer service or website.
