I ordered a coat using their sizing chart. The coat was much too large. I feel they are responsible for the return postage because I did use their chart to size the item and this is the only means I would have for figuring out the correct size being an online product. They a
lso take their sweet time replying and they don’t address the problem why you want to return the item. I was not satisfied with their first reply because of no reference to why just giving a ticket no. And where to send it. Tried two more times and same reply.
The reviews of this company is so negative in every way. Wished I had checked them out before ordering.
