I called to return a way too small blouse. I was also given a ticket # with a promise that adjustment would be given the following day and that I should just keep the item.

That was all well however the half price refund was never made to me. At this time it has been 13 days. What a company with all promises but never delivers. I should have read all the negative reviews before I ordered and yes in the description they need to tell customers that sizes run small.

Not a good company with lousy customer service.

Where would you possibly find a phone # for their service?????????

Very disapointed!!! I would really love to give then a favorable report!

They don't have a phone number on the webside where you can contact themI ordered something else last year. They shipped after 2 month.

I did not keep the address. I didn't expect to have such bad experience with themThere is no way to take any action against themSo if you order anything from them you take a big riskBe precocious before you order anything


I ordered 2 dresses on January 10 2018. They sent me an email that they do t have tbe dresses in stockThey should refund the money to my visa account. Never happenedVery disappointed


I just ordered an item, I hope I won't be disappointed. I will still drop my experience later
