I'm writting you on behave of Ngamwe Mohtangongho who purchased some items from your website through my recommandation as she likes my clothings. Unfortunately for her, there was an error on her email instead of writting solastar7@***.fr she wrote but solastar@***.fr.
She wishes to return some items but can't do so due to this error.

Another issue she encountered was the payment of an amount of 29,50 euros for custom duties, something I never paid since I've been buying from you. We would like to know more about this and how you can re-embourse her.
