I ORDER A PRODUCT ON 7/5/2018 AND RECEIVED MY ORDER #rr1807060811726298..WELL THAT IS ALL I'VE RECEIVED, NO TRACKING NUMBER OR PRODUCT. AND WHAT'S SO FRUSTRATING, THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE WITH ORDER QUESTIONS..AND THE WEBSITE IS THE WORST, WHEN TRYING TO SUBMIT A TICKET PER INTRUCTION, IT KEEPS MAKING YOU LOG IN OVER,AND OVER EVERYTIME YOU TRY TO HIT A LINK TO SUBMIT TICKET OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT MATTER..CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIVE CHAT IS NON EXISTENCE..THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST..STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND PROBLEMS..I WILL TRY TO CONTACT CORPORATE OR SOMEONE WHO MAY BE ABLE TO HELP ME WITH A REFUND. ..CAROLYN MOORE..757-240-7970
