Rosewe - No response about order placed and paid for

I placed an order the end of May and it's almost the end of June aaannnndd no package. I went online to track package with order number and it tells me wrong order number.

Once the order is shipped, Rosewe should send an email with the tracking number and the express company website link where you should be able to track the order status.
