I paced two orders and have never received either one of them, Trying to submit ticket and will not submit so I can get an update. One item has been shipped at least two weeks ago and have not received it.
The other item has not been shipped. I wa ted to wear these items for the holiday. no customer service to contact. I place this order in November Received a e-mail on status it was being shipped from China.
I will never order from this company again.
can I please get an update on my order. thanks if I'm not pleased how do I return the package
