Placed an order on May 9, 2018 for two swimsuits. My credit card has been charged and I still haven’t received any merchandise.
I checked the website to track my order and there is nothing showing despite the fact that I have an order number and confirmation number and they charged me.
I emailed their help line as requested and have not heard back from the company. Next, I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges.
