I purchased some clothes from, and when I received the items I was very disappointed because the fabric on every clothe item is so low quality, the sizes are off (on the big side), and the clothes doesn't look like the ones advertised online. I believe the fabrics are only polyester

I also ordered a neckless that has a low quality chain.

Overall, I think this is a scam.

I am not sure but I think this company is based in Asia and it is almost impossible to return items. the website has an option to request a return, but their policies are not customer friendly. They offer you a refund to keep the items instead of paying to ship them back! I got only 1/3 as a refund to keep the clothes, and I am trying to sell the clothes to close friends but no one likes them... poor quality, I am telling you don't buy anything from

I had the exact same experience with Rosegal last year with 2 swimsuits, only I kept persisting and eventually they refunded me my purchase price and told me to keep the suits. I told them I would start a fire with them they were so embarrassing.

Not knowing that Lilygal is one of the “ store front names “ for Rosegal I ordered a suit that appeared to have pleats in the front, being plus size I thought that would be awesome plus color was gorgeous.

I received a suit that had a print/ illusion of pleats on the front that fit snug, a Pr of swim bottoms that were gigantic, and again tissues paper thin. So here we go again


The fact that their is no phone number or customer service contact information and the price is low leave me to believe it is to good to be true. I wanted to order because I have not contact information or where the clothing is coming from.

I don't think I will place an order.

I have experience ordering something from China put on my credit card and never received the order. If I can not talk with a live person or have a phone contact, I will not place order.
