I have spend a lot of time over the last month trying to get satisfaction from this very incompetent company. I ordered three items on January 20th 2017 and never received them.

After a month of trying to get a refund, they offered to me today, a credit to purchase other items. Why in H..l would I ever want to buy anything from them again since I did not get what I ordered over a month ago. They at one time told me the items were being manufactured, They are selling things they don't even have.

I contacted PayPal for a resolution of this and I am so glad I paid through PayPal. PayPal will resolve my problem, but I wanted to let the world know they should never purchase anything from Roswe.

Product or Service Mentioned: Rosewe Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $7391.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
