ROSEWE DRESSES ARE BEAUTIFUL ON THE MODELS AND THE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP IS GREAT. WITH MUCH ANTICIPATION, I MADE MY FIRST PURCHASE NOT REALIZING IT WOULD GO DOWN AS A GUEST PURCHASE ON OCT 2, 2018. TWO OF THE THREE DRESSES DID NOT FIT.

BEFORE RECEIVING MY ORDER, ON OCT 5, I MADE ANOTHER PURCHASE BUT THIS TIME I HAD TO CREATE A USER ACCOUNT.

I AM NOT ABLE TO RETURN THE 2 DRESSES FROM THE FIRST PURCHASE, BECAUSE THIS PURCHASE DOES NOT APPEAR ON "MY ORDERS" WHEN I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT AT ROSEW. THERE ONLY APPEARS ONE ORDER AND IT STATES THAT FOR ANY RETURN IT MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY THEM.

I TRIED TO ADD THE FIRST ORDER NO BUT THEIR SYSTEM DOES NO ALLOW THIS I'M STUCK WITH TWO DRESSES THAT DON'T FIT.
