UNBELIEVABLE WHAT CAME IN THE MAIL: this faux fur jacket looked so nice online and looked like a joke costume for a child once it arrived, totally plastic & mailing label said "100% cotton" ?????
it is the worst.i am now waiting for response from customer support.
they list no return information on website for shipment & i didn't realize i was ordering FROM CHINA!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a nightmare. if they don't respond with refund i will seek legal action against them. all of these complaints are unacceptable.
the website is misleading, deeptive & they are essentially stealing from us.
none of the images are actually the product they send?sweatshops at their finest!!!
