UNBELIEVABLE WHAT CAME IN THE MAIL: this faux fur jacket looked so nice online and looked like a joke costume for a child once it arrived, totally plastic & mailing label said "100% cotton" ?????

it is the worst. i am now waiting for response from customer support.

they list no return information on website for shipment & i didn't realize i was ordering FROM CHINA!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a nightmare. if they don't respond with refund i will seek legal action against them. all of these complaints are unacceptable.

the website is misleading, deeptive & they are essentially stealing from us.

none of the images are actually the product they send? sweatshops at their finest!!!

This person wrote the review because of bad quality of rosewe jacket from Rosewe and attached photo s. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $35 and wants Rosewe to issue a full refund.

The most disappointing in user's experience was product that was shipped was not product online, difficult to contact, misleading website and no return shipment address info. Several emails in broken English back & forth. They tried to convince me it was a good product & too expensive for me to ship back to China.

They said i should regift to family or friend.

When i told them I wanted refund, they suggested credit for another purchase, which i denied. Then offered 20% refund which has neither been mailed or refunded to original payment method.
