This is definitely a HORRIBLE co. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

THEY ARE CHEATS!! I also should have read the reviews so I guess it is my own fault.

Don't bother trying to contact them it won't happen. Liars and cheats how are they getting away with this????

So let me start by saying I ordered my item on November 15th 2015.I needed the top I ordered plus the necklace for November the 28th.I waited two weeks and figured it would come and when it came closer to the date it never did!You can imagine how furious I was so I just had to quickly order a bohemian top off boohoo which came in two days.THATS HOW A REAL STORE WORK'S ! So I was pissed and had contacted them three times through that ticket thing and I still haven't gotten even one reply .So I then received an email saying my order has been shipped. Well it's been 'shipping' since the 27th! And to top it all off the tracking number doesn't work. This is a terrible website and after reading all the other bad reviews I'm convinced this website is a scam ! I have opened a paypal dispute and will give them 3 days to reply before I open it as a PayPal claim because I have waited too long and I refuse to wait 4 weeks only to maybe receive an item that doesn't look like what I ordered such as other people have.I will leave a complaint everywhere I can till I get my money back !! ALSO would like to point out that it's now December 5th 2015 and there is still no word of my item.

Rosewe in London, England - Absolutely disgraceful. Stay clear!

I ordered a dress supposed to be a long summer A line dress in a cotton blend, it's the cheapest polyester ever seen, it's not even close to an A line (how could it be in that fabric anyway), smaller and shorter than it was supposed to be. I asked for a refund and they asked for pictures to show. How do I show the difference between cotton and polyester in a picture??? I wouldn't buy a scarf in this fabric, it's horrific. I've now opened a Paypal dispute, let's wait and see. Stay clear. I'm glad I didn't order more as I was about to go for a swimsuit but somehow it stayed in my trolley! Phew.
