I ordered 6 shirts and received 1, and i placed my order 12/20/2017 and i can only talk to the via email, once a day. I email them, they email me back.

They told ms THAT i need to wait until january 11th 2018 for 50% of my money back. This conversation was on the 24th of this month, then the next day, they responded again telling me to wait until january 11 2018 and they said this again on January 25th 2018. I responded to that telling them we way beyond the date and they sent me another message; . "How much money do you want back??" All of the messages are 1 time daily.

I ask about my order one day and they respond the next day or day after with a few words, then i have to send them another message then they respond with a similar message, not ever a full sentence. Lesson learned...
