I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions and have been unsuccessful. All I want to do is get a larger size on a dress I ordered.
They are able to email me, but when I try to email them...when I try to submit a ticket they say my email is no where to be found. But yet they are able to email me. I'm also having trouble submitting the ticket because of this issue. Now I'm stuck with something that doesn't fit and my money is wasted.
All I wanted was to exchange the dress or have a credit or refund if they didn't have a larger size. I bought two dresses the other dress fits fine.
