What really upsets me is that I can't talk to somebody I'm talking and writing with an automatic instead of talking to a human being this is ridiculous I love their clothes but the communication is ridiculous if the stuff wasn't in stock or anything like that they have my email they could email me and let me know it was delay or something communication is the key to anything and next week will make a month since I order and I ordered from this company every month I'm a dedicated person but to get my product a month later is ridiculous it shouldn't be no more than 2 weeks that I get my product I pay for it from the beginning I should be able to get it if I don't get my product by the end of this week I want my money reimbursed my confirmation number is R R 2 3 0 3 1 3 * * * * 4 0 8 1 8 3 that's my order number and I don't have this product by Friday I want my money back I'm not going to pay somebody to get a product back in a month I have not received my product and I don't pay $77 I'm very upset about this I really am I think this would be my last time ordering with you people and thank you.
