I will never order from Rosewe again I paid $101.00 for my order and only received 2 of the 3 items that was ordered and I cant speak to anyone about it

First, your website is misleading. Talking to someone through chat made me think that the issue was going to be resolved. It didn't resolve anything. They promised an email within 12 hours after that call, that never came. I even managed to contact the consumer through Facebook messenger after 36 hours of that call, I was ignored. I'm very disappointed. I lost money. It's not the end of the world. Thank you.
