When you select the email option, a new tab will open where you have to input your email address and order id and explain the issue you are facing. The more details you provide, the better. For a better understanding of the problem and ease of convenience for you and the representative, you can upload a maximum of three attachments. This includes one video. However, the size of all three files should be less than 10 MB and have to be in one of the following formats- JPG, GIF, PNG, PDF, AVI, or MP4.
