Need to send dresses back for a smaller size
I ordered some dresses for my wife and I needed size medium. I wanted to send them back and get the medium sizes for the 4 items that I ordered.

Cancellation of item bought by me.
I placed an item Embroidery cyan hig low size Xl uk 20-22. The order failed and still you collected money through klarna.
I have contacted klarna to stop the payment and refund me back my money £11.34. They told me that Rosewe should cancell the item.
The colour of the dress is blue. Please stop the payment.

I ordered 5 dresses from Rosewe, all same size but two were extremely too large. I sent the back for an exchange in June 2024 but to this date, I have not received smaller size or a refund of my money

I made a purchase of 4 items with the above order number. Days later, only one of my products arrived.
I have not received any information with regards to the remaining 3 items. Absolutely nothing.

I was able to chat with a customer service representative online and my issue was resolved right away.
I paid for more dresses than I wanted to. I would like to have a refund and cancel 2 of the same dresses.
There are two dresses that say qty 2. I didn't intend on buying two of the same kind of dresses twice.
