Item received but too small.No return paperwork included in shipping.

I had to hunt down through there website regarding return. Only e-mail available and although they acknowledged my request for direction, they told me they would contact me in 1 business day. That was 1 month ago... Impossible to contact for return directions.

No customer service contact. Website impossible to navigate. Requests fall on deaf ears. Seems I cannot get my exchange nor a refund.

Very frustrated to have been dooped as a possible sham site. Would recommend to delete Rosewe solicitation.

Products enticing BUT beware.From this site it appears that the greviences are recurring

Could not be More disappointed.The garment looks nothing like the picture.

Paid $40 and it came after 1 1/2 months.

What a sad cardigan, but the picture of the jacket is nice- how they even made such a picture is beyond me.Total ripoff at $40.
