I ordered a blue dress. It arrived with the top blue and the bottom purple.

I saw an ad on Facebook. I ordered it on line. The dress arrived earlier than I expected which was great. BUT when I opened the bag the dress was two different colors.

I tried to contact the company on line with out any luck because they ask for an order number and it is no where on the mailing bag or the bag that the dress came in. There is a chat button on the website but it just brings you to the submit a ticket page.

I can't use the submit a ticket page because I don't have an order number. I have no way to contact them without the order number and I don't have one.

Product or Service Mentioned: Rosewe Dress.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: What the dress looked like.

I didn't like: Not being able to return it.

This company is a piece of work,the government should look into this company,it steals people money because you can never get a straight answer from them or get your money back,they put you through a lot .my items was out of stock and yet I am getting the run around about submit ticket,well I'm still waiting
