It's now 6 months and still no refund or return.

I bought a dress online though Rosewe for a vacation i was going on, a few mins later I canceled the order as i realized it would not come in on time. They charged my credit card and sent the dress to me anyway.

I opened it to see if it fit and it was huge not to scale with their sizing chart. I sent them a message that I wanted this returned and I went on my vacation and came back to ask them how I can return this dress. They tell me that "please its a 30 return policy and it is now past that". I sent them many emails and chat and they keep repeating them selfs.

I told them I should never have been sent this dress in the first place as I canceled the order and that this was there mistake. I am now going on 5 months arguing with them. They have no phone # to call them.

I will never buy from them again. Next time I am looking for a dress I will go to the mall.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $53.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Rosewe Pros: Dresses look good on line.

Rosewe Cons: Can not cancel order.
