Following the size guide creates wrong size they will not correct.

I have received the 4 items I have purchased in 3 orders. 2 fit and 2 would fit a very thin teenager. Followed the size guide which has me ordering 2 sizes too large for me in U.S. Sizes. They should not refer to this size as a U S size because if it was you would be wearing a tent. The other 2 items that don't fit follow size guide but are too tight in arms, shoulders, bust. I don't want to wear leotard but a casual top. Not fixing the problem only want me to buy more. Finally on first item they offered me a coupon equal to money spent. I would use it. It it doesn't work on their website. At first they do not want the return and offered 20% off a future order. This company leaves me scared to order anything because to follow their instructions you could likely be getting a tent, but when it's too small the next size up is a tent.

Bad Customer Service, I may have been Scammed!

I have been waiting on an order for almost a month now. I have had no luck getting in touch with this company. I received an email almost a month ago with a shipping confirmation and tracking number that appears to be a hoax. I would not advise anyone to order from any retailers advertising on Facebook. This is the 3rd company that I have ordered from as the result of a FB ad and all three experiences have been really Bad! The concept of customer service and accountability is practically non-existent. Makes one really hate to shop. The brick and mortar world should hold on, many of us are fed up with online rush & roulette.

Never returned any inquiries made out 3 tickets to no avail and the 30 day return period is over they even asked me to send them a picture of the item total bs! Don't buy from is company!

Reciving a valant adress to exchange products it is inpossible to retun the products when you do not offer a valit adress ,the printed adress is not printed all the way on the package Lw56215****CN

Good afternoon, i placed a order on April the 26, 2017 and payed for 3 - 5 day shipping. As of today i havent recived anything, I contacted them 2 times already and they tell me to wait pacently as I didnt pay for fast shipping.

Which is totally wrong because i did pay for "fast shipping" honstly this is a horable, false advertise company!!!

I asked for a refund but no respond form them! Their the worst!

I've Ben waiting for my delivery it's almost a month and half when the site says it will take 7 to 19 working days, I called the number they provide for customer service and it's always an answering machine, I don't know what to do anymore, they only thing I know is I will never ever order anything from then again

I'm having the same problem. Trying to return a jumpsuit.

I ordered. I received the item. It's dirty much, larger than extra large.

The fabric is tacky the stitching is tacky. You should be ashame, sending something out like that

I try to order a different dress or refund the order, since two months ago! 30 days notice, no use!!! and I contacted them but they hadn’t contacted me back!!!

The is my second comment. I understand the Rosewe company is located in China.

I live in the United States of America. I love your products, I would like to keep shopping with Rosewe. But China has a problem with refunding the consumers cash and just exchanging the products were not satifisfied with. Please include a return shipment address on your website.

Be fair to your consumers that's what good customer service is for.

Ordered two different styles of swim suits in two different sizes so i could compare all at once and return the ones that didn't fit. Love the suits but only need one size of each. When i went to the website to submit a ticket for a return it first told me my password was incorrect, which i know is right so i just click on "forgot password" to reset it and they never sent me the link to change it...gave up after five tries. Finally got in somehow and put in my order number which was also deemed invalid, which I know was correct. So i emailed them 3 times asking for help and they tell me they cannot help thru email you must "submit a ticket" and i keep telling them my issues why i can't do that and i've gotten no response. The phone number goes to a recording. Worst company ever!!! They should be shut down!

Don't be fool! Call your bank get the money back!!!

Enough is enough, 1 month couldn't get anything and there is no way to reach Rosewe real person... I called my bank credit card dept report Rosewe website. Thanks my bank credit me back full amount and they are going to investigate it. So guys, not only just complain here share your bad experience with public, you also need take action to stop your loss. And report certain dept to investigate this scam website. Remember, even you get full refund, you still lose something, because your time, energy, frustration... all is cost as well.

I made a purchase of 2 garments. Delivery was fairly prompt but the sizing was really not accurate. I then attempted to return the items. It was so difficult to get the documentation to return that it took more than the 30 days allowed to return. I finally gave up and gave the two items to a friend. I am still waiting for some kind of response from the company. The merchandise was not of the quality that was described but they were summer items so it didn't matter too much. I will never purchase another item from them nor will I suggest making a purchase from them to any of my friends or acquaintances.

I am trying to get a refund via Paypal but it's proving quite difficult. Rosewe delivered a parcel with a UK return address on the front. I returned the item via recorded delivery, it was signed for at the address they provided, I have raised 2 'tickets' on their website with no reply. I am trying to get Paypal buyer protection to reclaim the money from them but it's not easy. Complete scam that makes it impossible for people to return the inferior items.

I have had the same problem with Rosewe. Worst company ever. I am going to contact my state attorney general's office for more assistance. Do NOT buy from this company ever. My 2 blouses I ordered and my 2 bathing suites I ordered do not fit me and do not look good on me. All I'm trying to do is get information on how to return them and get a refund on my credit card. I was able to get a ticket submitted and they replied wanting photo's and sku's for my items. They already have all that information on my order #, which they have. They have not responded. Thankfully, I only spent a little money. I will NEVER recommend them nor will I ever buy from them. I didn't even know I was buying from a company in China in the first place! If anyone has any information on how to assist with this, please let me know. If this was a company located in the U.S.A., I would not be having this problem. Patti B

I ordered three swim suits in the size I should wear according to the size chart given. I even went a size larger just to be safe. NONE of the suits were even close to fitting, nor the same size. Had I known the suits were coming from China, I never would have ordered them. I have filled out a return ticket once a week for a month with no response. When you sell a product, you should honor what your web site says. COMPLETELY unprofessional and NOT friendly to a consumer. So my recommendation is BUYER BE AWARE for what you order, you are stuck with. I liked what I saw...disappounted in merchanize.

I ordered over $250.00 dollars worth of clothes which were complete rubbish and a rip of fromanother company. I tried to contact them they got back and asked me for a ticket number, I got a number of them sent the email back asking for an rerun address and never heard from them. So now I'm stuck with complete rags.
