Never received my purchase since last year

I purchased a purchase of water and never received it and they keep trying to charge me $169. I have never been late on my payments with Klarna and you people at Rosawe chatted you guys I never received my purchase since June 2021i not ever paying for something I never received am but enough is enough The number on your website site is not a good number and its just not right so thats trying to steal people money and they dont reply. I spoke to a number of breaths and they said that we were going to credit my money back and I did not have to worry about this and again now Im in collections Im never pay for anything I havent seen.

Overcharge for shipping

I ordered from this website pricing over $200. This order was supposed to be free shipping. Well I was charged $6.99 and $8.99 for shipping insurance. I did not request this and Roswe email back and said I did. Refusing to cancel order and refund. Very poor customer service no phone number. Do not order from this company. I will dispute with bank.

Have not received part of my order

Waiting for weeks still not receiving some of the clothes I paid for. The packages do not includes all the clothes. Sending in single small packages marked delivered sometimes is not really delivered example: this tracking number 921249****503680****526858 and so many like these. Received the blue jumper and not the dress which was one of my favorite clothes. There is no refund for alot of these clothes am missing. What is going on. I can't keep doing your work for you. Keep track of what you are sending. Am so frustrated. Be more organized.

Need an larger size dress

It takes too long for customer service I bought three items but size needs to be exchanged to next size up but your email n lack of phone representation delays return exchange process.why is there no person to answer exchange calls why I have to wait five days to find our where to return n exchange a dress size I not asked for refund I requesting an exchange you need to post it in advance not make me wait to track you down to exchange a item it's unfair truly very disappointed
