I have not received my order it Ben four weeks
Website doesn't allow you to put a return/exchange ticket in and not user friendly
NOT RESOLVED!!!!!
As soon as I submitted my review, this review was marked as resolved instantly. It is not resolved
So frustrated at this point and almost just want to get a refund at this point instead of exchange. No 800 number to call and speak to someone. UNREACHABLE! I sent an email to request a return and it comes back as do not reply to that email.
There should be a way where the customer can reply to the email to request a refund/exchange without having to wait for them since they are not accessible.
I think the strategy is that you only have 30 days to request an exchange or refund, therefore, they make it impossible to get the RMA# to return. 3/19/2018

Disappointed
I was getting ready to order. I decided to read a few reviews.
Thanks God. I am done. As some body else said there is no phone contact. In case we have to talk to somebody it looks like it is not easy.
Also it looks like one has to wait for a long period of time before receiving what ever we bought! I wish we had clothes made with cutton. the majority of clothes are made with Polyester material. When I saw this site, I told about it to my friends.
I am going to ask them to check the reviews before making decisions. People need to be more serious.
When I look at the articles they look great. It is unfortunate this company doesn't want to please costumers.I am not going to order and I will tell my friends to avoid this company!

Yes, I agree. I ordered a swimsuit Feb 27th Today is March 23rd.
Still no product. I have reported them to Pay Pal. I do see Tracking # that States product is leaving Shanghi China March 16th ??? (I believe only because I have been diligent!!
When you try to contact Customer Service you will only receive an automated reply of broken promises. I decided not to let it go over 30 days. I'm expecting it to be Garbage!!
Don't waste your time or Money. Shame on ROSEWE!!
