My order is now a week late and they are not giving me a refund. They have just been responding by telling me to wait. This is really *** me off because they’re not even following their own policy.

Nerve Receive my order they took the $40 from me

I ordered a black and white dress over a month ago and never received it I don’t know how to get in contact with anybody listen learn you’re ever order off-line I work hard for my money and drive school bus every day Don’t want to give away my money

I have had NO PROBLEMS!! I have been a customer since 2014 and I have gotten several maxie dresses and blouses from Rosewe, and the customer service is just fine. They communicate with me through email. I have always got my items in great condition and packed well. Very reasonable prices, and by the way I have at least 15 dresses and waiting on 2 now ..I love this site and will continue to shop here ....way better than going to the mall...just my option ,(I hate the malls anyway) lol. I can always order and know that what I'm getting will come and be beautiful. I have gotten so many people that ask "where you get that from??" sometimes I say and sometimes I don't but most of all, I keep ordering from here...

Website doesn't allow you to put a return/exchange ticket in and not user friendly

I wanted to exchange a dress I got from Rosewe and the website just keep returning to you to sign in. It doesn't have a link showing to click on "Apply Return/Refund by Ticket to get an RMA number.

So frustrated at this point and almost just want to get a refund at this point instead of exchange. No 800 number to call and speak to someone. UNREACHABLE! I sent an email to request a return and it comes back as do not reply to that email.

There should be a way where the customer can reply to the email to request a refund/exchange without having to wait for them since they are not accessible.

I think the strategy is that you only have 30 days to request an exchange or refund, therefore, they make it impossible to get the RMA# to return. 3/19/2018

I was getting ready to order. I decided to read a few reviews.

Thanks God. I am done. As some body else said there is no phone contact. In case we have to talk to somebody it looks like it is not easy.

Also it looks like one has to wait for a long period of time before receiving what ever we bought! I wish we had clothes made with cutton. the majority of clothes are made with Polyester material. When I saw this site, I told about it to my friends.

I am going to ask them to check the reviews before making decisions. People need to be more serious.

When I look at the articles they look great. It is unfortunate this company doesn't want to please costumers.I am not going to order and I will tell my friends to avoid this company!

February 26,2018 I order a dress for my 50th Big Birthday party and paid the extra $8:99 for priority shipping and her it is March the 7th and my party is in a couple of days and it still hasn’t even been ship. I want my money back plus the dress I ordered. There is no way I can even order from anyone else to get a dress for my party now, I’m hurt, embarrassed and feel played

I placed my order Feb. 2, 2018. I haven't recieved my order. Per customer service through Ticket Detail chat, "it's not over 50 days". This information is not listed in their policy. I would get 50 percent refund if I don't get it in 30 days. Nothing! I am ready to file a class action lawsuit!!!

Did not receive order

Ordered a swimsuit Feb 7 2018 as of today March 22 no swimsuit. Per their tracking number it left China March 5. I should of looked into the website before I placed an order. Fool me once shame on you- fool me twice shame on me. Never will I order from here again

Yes, I agree. I ordered a swimsuit Feb 27th Today is March 23rd.

Still no product. I have reported them to Pay Pal. I do see Tracking # that States product is leaving Shanghi China March 16th ??? (I believe only because I have been diligent!!

When you try to contact Customer Service you will only receive an automated reply of broken promises. I decided not to let it go over 30 days. I'm expecting it to be Garbage!!

Don't waste your time or Money. Shame on ROSEWE!!

This is not good. Im reading these reviews. Customers are not recieving their items. Money being refunded for several weeks of waiting for items that did no ot arrive. There is no number to contact Rosewe. The dresses are very nice. What a shame. I wss gonna order. I change my mind. I was looking for a number and the reviews poped up. Bad business.

I recently ordered a swimsuit from Rosewe for a Spa trip. I live in the UK and paid an additional fee for Expedited delivery which promised to deliver my item within 3-6 days after processing & dispatch. My item was dispatched on 20th Jan but did not arrive until 30th Jan. I contacted Rosewe and asked for a refund of the additional fee I paid for the expedited delivery but they have flat out refused to refund me, stating they had already passed the fee on to the shipping company. In my view, this is totally unacceptable service and I will not be buying from them again. The swimsuit I ordered is ok, nothing special but I could have bought something similar for a lot less. The main reason I ordered from Rosewe was because they offered the expedited delivery as I didn't have time to go shopping in person. I have been going back & forth with their so called Customer Service support and they refuse to deal with my complaint or accept they didn't deliver on time, even though they're tracking backs up my claim.
