Bad way to order merchandise

I placed an order and bc one piece was not available, my entire order was cancelled and seems I'm going to be hit with a restocking fee. Plus I'm being given a store credit not a refund which is not the option I would choose.

Can not order at all

I ORDERED A HOUNDS TOOTH PRINT DRESS, A SHIRT AND ANOTHER DRESS THAT I LIKED. THE SITE WONT LET ME ORDER UNTIL I SIGN-UP OR SUBSCRIBE. KEEP POPPING UP ON OTHER SITES I USE LIKE FACEBOOK, AND GAMES I PLAY.

User's recommendation: JUST STAY AWAY. I WAS ORDERING FROM WAL MART, AND IT TOOK OVER MY ORDER.

Customers service is not honest

They send me coupons and most everytime I use them and the coupon takes almost half off my items I'll get a email saying that the items not in stock but when I place my order I get a email saying congratulations my payment were successful. it does not say items out of stock

I have purchased three dresses from rosewe company since November,2019 the dresses arrived December i kept one dress because its look decent , i have send an email to that company they send me inf

i have purchased three dresses from that company since November 2019 , i received those dresses in December . Those dresses look cheap compare what i saw on line. I have email Rosewe company they send me all details how to return those 2 dresses ,since that time i have never received my refund . I have send them so many email no answer i am going to do whatever it takes to get my money back

To ask someone have they experienced the same problem I have after I check out making my payment

When I place my order with about 3 items and after I paid for it,it says order were successfully but about 3 weeks later they send me a email saying some of my item wasn't in stock but sometimes when I place my order it automatically let me know what items not in stock and won't let it go through so I'm curious about why doesn't it let me know at all times the items is not in stock before it takes my payment and then when they get ready to ship out my order they send me a email saying some of my items wasn't in stock why don't they let me know before I pay I'm wondering if anyone else been having this problem but I love their dresses
