Wrong bathing suit

I ordered 2 bathing suits and all I got was 1 and its not even what I ordered and theyre paid for. The one they sent doesnt even fit me and its ugly.

I'm trying to place an order,but at the checkout point where it says checkout as guess, it's not letting me do so, it is saying that my email is already registered, so I need to login.

I do not want to login, I would prefer checkout as guess, or a phone number to make my purchase, I really want to make this purchase,I can't recommend anyone as yet, because I'm having problem purchasing something for myself, so can someone help me, one of the dress that I want to buy it is saying that only two left, a black floral print long sleeve dress...beautiful yellow rose in front.

I have been a customer for awhile and when I place orders now, the site does not work

My credit has always worked online when I purchase items and now all my credit cards keep saying transaction not working, try new card. My credit card companies are aware this is international purchases and have allowed transactions in the last month. Has there been site trouble or is this computer issue? I can no longer get the items I need.

They don’t refund your money and horrible customer service

Been a loyal customer of Rosewe for years. Ive been trying to get a refund on merchandise that was never shipped to me since December 2021. It is now February. The transaction never went through and they keep telling me to call my bank. So pretty much they took my money and wont return it. You cant talk to a live person and they keep sending the same generic message. They will never get any of my money again!!!

Didn’t get my dress!!

I didnt get my item. I wanted it for my 60th Birthday celebration on February 2 and didnt get it. Come to find out today that its out of stock!!!!! I want my refund!!!!

My bank reversed the charges, not the company. I did not receive a response from them..

I eventually received the actual product and it was as described. The quality of the fabric was less than what I expected but it was the actual dress.

I am having the charges reversed to pay for the dress.

Not sure if I will actually wear it. Cheap looking.

I ordered a red skirt with a matching peplum top with ¾ length sleeves. I receive a sleeveless burgundy stretchy dress with navy blue dots and beads all over it. It had a weird design with some kind of straps connected to the neckline of the dress in the front but draped down to a belt in the back? Hideous! $46.38 Couldn't complete the return because the website said I hadn't received it yet. According to the tracking, it was still in Carson CA! Except it wasn't but in GA. And I only had 1 month to complete the return and it wasn't scheduled to arrive until--you guessed it--1 month later!
