Rosewe - Confused customer

Im writing because i ordered 3 dresses from RoseWe. ROSEwe e-mailed me informing me that they are going to divide the order up into two packages. In that e-mail they also stated, it was to make sure you receive the order number (RR1906062245585046) ASAP. On June 6th they received my payment of $94.60 On June 15th they e-mailed me letting me know the first package was sent out. I tracked it and it said it was delivered. I have not received a package from RoseWe yet. I am tracking i think what is second package (61290983116158126315) it is saying its in Ohio. We will see if i get that one. Im really unhappy with this whole situation. Im out dresses and money. I will let others know not to order.

I returned my 2 products of clothes on Jun 2, 2019 and have done all I have to do do to receive my refund of $64.21. Please check into my account and let me know when am going to receive my refund. I was not satisfied with the quality of the clothes.
