Did your order ship from somewhere in Asia (China) or a coastal big city in the US?? Most likely!

Cheap duplicates are often sold online with pictures of another real and legit product. This is from someone with years of experience shopping on eBay hahah!

Coats were not according to U.S. Size Chart. Cannot speak to a person , only can contact by " ticket ", which doesn't reply back. Maxi dress reeks with a paint like small and doesn't look as quality as displayed on website, neither does the necklace. The ankle bracelet's picture shows them in a pair but only get one and it's the size of a U.S. bracelet . Also ordered a swimsuit first which never was delivered to me. After reading complaints I see I've wasted my money since they give no refund or exchanges! I spent $180.00

I placed order on 4th March 2015. I have still not received item. I am unable to track anything as the website does not work!! I was finally informed that it is coming from China and will take 9-12 days. After 12 days I emailed again and at this time I was informed it could take 9 -35wks??!! I AM STILL WAITING!! I requested a refund and that email has not being responded to?!! I have emailed them again today and I am hoping I get my money back as I do not even want the goods no more. There is no way to get hold of them as there is no customer service contact number the only way to get hold of them is by email?!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY AND INEXCUSABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NEVER order from them again.
