Do not order from this company. I order many dresses and they are the wrong sizes and quality is horrible. I wasted a lot of money ordering. I did not realize that the items were being shipped from China and I had to pay a large amount of money to return. I am very disappointed with the size .... very poor quality of material. Can see through all dresses. Will have to make a donation to the church or local ladies organization. I refuse to pay hundreds dollar to return. Please note this is not a scam complaint. It is real.

On December/2014 I bought tops "all size fits all". I got them and they fit a junior small. I complaint and they told me to either keep them and they would refund 30% or return, and they would refund me 60%. I returned it since it was the wrong size anyway. I had no use for it. For the last 6 months I have been trying to get my money back and they pretend they do not speak English! If I buy an "all size fits all" in the United States I would be able to wear it easily. Their policy is for someone that decided they do not like the merchandise and wants to return it. But that was not my case. I returned, paid for shipping, and they refuse to give my money back. I also filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs. If they want to make business in a different country, they better respect their policies or go somewhere else. All I want is my money back including shipping. I can't believe they still doing business without any punishment. This is heaven for them and *** for me and all the other consumers!

Poor quality, deceptive, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Please do not waste your time ordering from ROSEWE.COM. Their clothes are absolute rubbish. You will be unable to send them back due to the huge postage fees to China. The company told me to sell the product instead and not to return it to them. What a waste of money. I could have done better things with my money. I am so disappointed. :( Please take this review seriously. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ROSEWE.COM. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE LOOKING ONLINE FOR DEALS. Rosewe - Dress Review from Toxteth, England

I ordered a dress from Roswe that looked nothing like the photo. The blue described as navy was more a bright royal blue. The quality was poor and the sizes weren't right. I paid £18 for the dress and was told by their customer service department that it was pointless returning as it would cost so much in postage and I should give it as a gift or sell it on!. They then offered to compensate my Roswe account with the money failing to grasp that I don't want to shop with them again. A company that doesn't have a good returns policy should not be in operation. The £18 is not showing in my Roswe account and they are now not replying to my emails. Do not buy from this company!

I honesty think each item is a hit or miss. I bought a lace dress, and it looked EXACTLY like the picture, but in the same order i got a jacket that looked so cheap and fit super weird. it didn't look anything like it did on the model and it was the most expensive item i ordered ($50+). I've ordered 2 times, both came in about 3-4 weeks. my first order took forever to ship, i got an email a week after ordering saying that one of the items was out of stock and i could either wait till they received a new shipment or be refunded for that item. the refund took about 2 weeks for me and they finally shipped the rest of the order a week after that
