I ordered a jacket for a gift for my daughter, but it came with the zipper broken. The part was completely off the jacket. First they offered me $10.00. After multiple communications, they refused to refund me the full purchase price, but only 60% of the "value" of the jacket. Despite their website stating that damaged goods will be refunded. They are a scam. DO NOT SHOP THERE. Customer service was really slow and not helpful at all. And the jacket isn't even good quality, not even worth the price I paid, even if it didn't arrive damaged. Don't take a chance on them.

I ordered a dress from Roswe that looked nothing like the photo. The blue described as navy was more a bright royal blue. The quality was poor and the sizes weren't right. I paid £18 for the dress and was told by their customer service department that it was pointless returning as it would cost so much in postage and I should give it as a gift or sell it on!. They then offered to compensate my Roswe account with the money failing to grasp that I don't want to shop with them again. A company that doesn't have a good returns policy should not be in operation. The £18 is not showing in my Roswe account and they are now not replying to my emails. Do not buy from this company!

This is my first purchase from ROSEWE. I did not realize the merchandise would be shipped from China when I placed my order. I find the customer service is very poor from many Chinese companies. I was shocked at the poor quality of the garmet. I contacted the company repeatedly for direction on how to return the package. NO RESPONSE...EVER! Do not do business with this Chinese company.

I got the wrong size, returned it and so far we have been sending e-mails back and forth for the last 5 months. I am entitled to full refund since the order was sent wrong.

I explained this several times and everybody pretends they do not speak English.

Keep telling me that I got my money back. As a consumer I was misled and in the US this is against the law.

DO NOT order from this website. They send you *** items made very poorly (with no return slip) and will do everything in their power not to give you a refund.

I sent two emails to them to cancel an order and they ignored them and sent my item anyways, no confirmation it was being sent, it just showed up in my mailbox. I order a dress and payed by PayPal, I later got an email to say the payment was unsuccessful so I paid again for the dress but I then found out that I was charged for two dresses although I only wanted the one. Do I want the money back for the second dress. As I feel I've been scammed.

This company is a HUGE fraud. They will send you a 'version' or replica of what is in the picture. I'm pretty sure they have children making the items that they actually sale. I ordered a black jumpsuit... cutest thing ever on the website, when I got it, I could have made it better in Home Ec. The Quality is very/extremely poor and ALLL three of the items I ordered were not able to fit over my shoulders because the waist was cut so small on the items... btw, I ordered LG and I only wear size 8 in ladies... it really is sad... I probably won't see my $67 again, but I will report them to the BBB and to the states attorneys office for being a FAKE company...

I placed an order on 2/12 the debited my account I even paid to have items shipped in 4 days because I needed them quickly. Received an email in regards to my address changed address and then received a email back saying my address was confirmed and that my items should ship 3-5 days. I'm yet to hear from them and I still dont have my items. I have complained about 5 times on their site. I should have done my research before ordering, I went by the reviews on their site but that was a bad idea as well. SO now I'm headed out of town on tomorrow spent over 200 dollars and I have to go and spend more money. I'm furious. I'm going to the better business bureau!!

I placed an order from ROSEWE.com on 1/23/15 the money has been taken out of my account that same day and still haven't received my items I've made 5 complaints all for them to NEVER call but email and say that the items are on there way. I still haven't received them yet.

I still have not received it, I have contacted the company multiple times, each time getting a response "We checked with the shipper, it is delayed due to ..." I have asked to be refunded and they state they are unable to refund me and that I should check my mail box. I order items from China all the time and never have I had issues such as this, it has been a month and half and NO package yet and their customer service is NOT helpful. I just want my money back, I am glad I ordered something cheap so if I loss the money it won't kill me but also their CS Sucks.

I could easily send you the 10 emails I have gone back and forth with your company with NO resolve. I am told to check my mail box, I am told that the shipper has delays, I am told it will be here ANY DAY.

The tracking number shows nothing but it being sent from China on the 22nd of November, no further details, you may want to consider a different tracking process.

I have ordered MANY items from China, your website says 5-15 days for shipping to the United States, being I am on the other side of the US I even was okay with 15 days, it has since been 47 days since it was shipped. I want MY money back and I am currently working with Paypal to make that happen.

Absolutely disgraceful. Stay clear!

I ordered a dress supposed to be a long summer A line dress in a cotton blend, it's the cheapest polyester ever seen, it's not even close to an A line (how could it be in that fabric anyway), smaller and shorter than it was supposed to be. I asked for a refund and they asked for pictures to show. How do I show the difference between cotton and polyester in a picture??? I wouldn't buy a scarf in this fabric, it's horrific. I've now opened a Paypal dispute, let's wait and see. Stay clear. I'm glad I didn't order more as I was about to go for a swimsuit but somehow it stayed in my trolley! Phew.

I bought a woollen coat but it did not suit me, so I decided to send it back from the post office with their signature.The parcel was sent on the 31st of December 2014. And was delivered to China on the 10th of January 2015. I was in contact with customer service, asking them to give my money back. But they told me they can only return 60% of what I paid. I've been already waiting more then a month for them to return my money and I still waiting !!!!.I've been asked the customer service, it they checked my tracking number RU74194****GB !!??? But they never answer me back.I never had any problem a with any other company's for example ROMWE or dress.link. I am very disappointed to pay full price for items but you can't get full price refund even if you pay for packaging and waiting more than monts for refund and I never get the money ,that I understand you have my money for coat and the items that is very bad NEVER AGAIN.ROSEWE is the WORST company ever !!!!!!!!!!!!
