MISLEAD CONSUMERS, WRONG SIZE AND NO REFUND FOR THEIR MISTAKE
On December/2014 I bought tops "all size fits all". I got them and they fit a junior small. I complaint and they told me to either keep them and they would refund 30% or return, and they would refund me 60%. I returned it since it was the wrong size anyway. I had no use for it. For the last 6 months I have been trying to get my money back and they pretend they do not speak English! If I buy an "all size fits all" in the United States I would be able to wear it easily. Their policy is for someone that decided they do not like the merchandise and wants to return it. But that was not my case. I returned, paid for shipping, and they refuse to give my money back. I also filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs. If they want to make business in a different country, they better respect their policies or go somewhere else. All I want is my money back including shipping. I can't believe they still doing business without any punishment. This is heaven for them and *** for me and all the other consumers!

Poor quality, deceptive, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Please do not waste your time ordering from ROSEWE.COM. Their clothes are absolute rubbish. You will be unable to send them back due to the huge postage fees to China. The company told me to sell the product instead and not to return it to them. What a waste of money. I could have done better things with my money. I am so disappointed. :( Please take this review seriously. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ROSEWE.COM. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE LOOKING ONLINE FOR DEALS. THEIR WEBSITE IS RUBBISH. WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE.

Rosewe - Bathing Suit Review from Washington, District Of Columbia
I usually read reviews about companies before I purchase any merchandise but after seeing the beautiful bathing suit I skipped my normal protocol and ordered right away. Now after seeing all of these reviews I think I made a horrible mistake. I also told mother about the site and she ordered 80 worth of items. I really hope we get what we ordered. :-(

I ordered a dress from Roswe that looked nothing like the photo. The blue described as navy was more a bright royal blue. The quality was poor and the sizes weren't right. I paid £18 for the dress and was told by their customer service department that it was pointless returning as it would cost so much in postage and I should give it as a gift or sell it on!. They then offered to compensate my Roswe account with the money failing to grasp that I don't want to shop with them again. A company that doesn't have a good returns policy should not be in operation. The £18 is not showing in my Roswe account and they are now not replying to my emails. Do not buy from this company!

Hit or miss items
I honesty think each item is a hit or miss. I bought a lace dress, and it looked EXACTLY like the picture, but in the same order i got a jacket that looked so cheap and fit super weird. it didn't look anything like it did on the model and it was the most expensive item i ordered ($50+). I've ordered 2 times, both came in about 3-4 weeks. my first order took forever to ship, i got an email a week after ordering saying that one of the items was out of stock and i could either wait till they received a new shipment or be refunded for that item. the refund took about 2 weeks for me and they finally shipped the rest of the order a week after that

Did your order ship from somewhere in Asia (China) or a coastal big city in the US?? Most likely!
Cheap duplicates are often sold online with pictures of another real and legit product. This is from someone with years of experience shopping on eBay hahah!

Website scam
I had a bad experience with this company, they are a scam, rose we.com.I paid for my merchandise and never received it. Meanwhile they stating that they never received my payment, but I have statements from my bank and PayPal with the payment listed as paid. This website is not legit and do not do any business with them. If there is anyone able to help exploit this company under consumer rights, please help. No one should fall victim to fraud from any website. There were several other complaints from different customers claming they were involved with this company as well, and they have not received any feedback, I urge that this company be eliminated off the internet under false advertisement of clothing that is not associated with what they advertise on their website.
