Rosewe - Website Review from Antioch, Tennessee

Ordered two items same day seperate orders ob 11.11.14. Paid with paypal. Website shows processed and delivered but never received the packages...cant get anyone on the phone to dispute or track. Dont order from them.

Online Order Review

I submitted my order and have still not received the items I ordered. Tried to contact multiple times with zero response in return. Extremely frustrated and will dispute the charges on my card. I seen the ever ties meant for this company on Facebook. I will make a point to post on Facebook on a daily basis how they are a scam do not order from them

Complete sham and fraud

This company is a complete sham and when you try to return your items they will offer you 1/4 credit to buy something else. Why buy complete junk they put out there. Items not as pictured and way to small and I am a small person! So when you go to return the items you will be told to pay postal charges and since going to CHINA to get tracking which comes to more than you paid. Your word against theirs that they received it….actually told us not to bother because it could get lost because of all of the connections. BUYERS BEWARE!!

SCAM

I ordered clothes then 2 days later accessories. The accessories came but I still haven't recieved my clothing. I have sent several messages to this company and I have requested a refund. I am getting very frustrated about this matter. I want my money back. I keep submitting my ticket to Rosewe every day for a week. I have yet to recieve my refund or my merchandise. I have not heard from Rosewe in 2 days now. I don't know what else to do. I am going to submitted another request. If someone knows of another way to contact Rosewe, please let me know.

Never recieved order, wont refund money, cant locate them

I ordered two shirts off of the rosewe link from facebook. They deducted the payment from my paypal account. I saw it on there. then I received an email from track17 with an invalid tracking number, no way to contact them. Then I went on to paypal to ask for my money back and the charge is gone but the money has disappeared. I haven't heard any good things about this company. I am not sure where to go or who to contact now.Can someone contact me asap and tell me how to recoup my money? please help! I have entered over 100 words?

I Ordered 2 items and requested 5 day shipping $4.99 to get in time for an event. I did not receive the clothing until 2 weeks later so not in time for event. Once I did get I found poorly made clothing that was not as pictured. The jacket had no buttons or way to close and the dress was about 3 sizes smaller than ordered. The cost to return would be 1/2 of what I paid as you need to ship to china. Waste of money and horrible service. I requested to return and their resigns was bizarre, that said I should wait and see if I liked it? I already know I don't like it. Do not waste your money on this site.

Terrible rip off of a chinese online store

Currently in dispute over my order. New customer discount of 15% and facebook discount were no where to be found and no where to apply to order. Tried to cancel the order (immediately after ordering) because I too am VERY pissed, but after submitting the freaking "tickets" and getting replies , they said OOPs order has already shipped can't cancel now......in *** Chinese english. No where on site can you find anyway to contact them..phone number I found had British accented women recording "No one is available to take your call". This site is a scam. Don't ever order from them, as you will not be very happy. Please advise your friends on facebook.

Item arrived quite promptly but was nothing like picture. Very poor quality and very small.

Medium was probably about UK size 8. Didn't bother even trying to return as I knew would just be wasting my time. Won't let me log back in and no way of contacting customer service.

They clearly don't do returns so am stuck with purchase. Avoid this company like the plague.

Not only was it a pain to order the clothes in the first place (turns out you could submit your order but now have paid for it, resulting in an additional visit to work through their website) but they take over a week to ship your items. They eventually send you a tracking website, you know, to track your clothes order, but the track17.net website is confusing at best, fraudulent at worst. Just know that there will be NO way to tracking your order. By the time your items arrive, they are thin, cheap-looking and you've forgotten you were getting anything in the first place. Not worth the trouble or the money, regardless of how many "coupons" they supply. Never again.

Look at the models in the Rose We and Berrylook pictures- same company racking up on $$$ - they are manikins and the fabrics are an illusion overlay with digital images completed with basic Adobe digital painting effects.. Master imitators, knockoffs and copycats - EVEN IN PRINT! They even write fake reviews for their own items.
