I order a pair of grey wrap pants 3weeks ago, they told me that it would be 3-5 days, well its been 3 weeks WHO DOES THIS?????. I Cant get a phone number i email them ,they responded with a tracking number that i cant even use im really disappointed in this company lesson learn you burn me once it wont happen again.

Ordered a "plus size swiumsuit". Looked very cute in the pictures but quite different in person. Got the "xxl" because they say that is a 16 or so. The swimsuit fit, sort of. All the comments on the site said thst it fit larger chested girls perfectly. Im a 36g. The comments had to have been fake. The top fit around my ribcage just fine, but the cups were MAYBE a small C. The mesh/netting for the bottom was cheap and scratchy. Just an all around bad experience. I dont know why i expected otherwise

I had originally placed and order with Rosewe around November 5th or so. I decided to forgo the free shipping in order to have the dress arrive earlier than the en intended shipping date. To start the dress didn't come until THE DAY of the event i needed it for, even though with the shipping i paid for it should have arrived to me at least 3 days prior. When i finally got the dress and tried it on it was basically a disaster. I ordered a size XL which should have been a 12/14, according to the size chart provided on their site. The dress barely fit like a 6. It was extremely loose in the chest area and way to tight everywhere else. Needles to say I couldn't wear it. That night, that very night i sent in a request on how to return the item and obtain a refund. I still haven't heard from them. I have messaged them at least 5 times asking about the return process and just trying to get in contact with someone. When I reviewed the item on their site they refuse to put it up, I guess it was too honest for them. They have absolutely no concern for their customers. I wouldn't suggest this site to anyone under any circumstances and I hope to never deal with them ever again.

They never sent me my coat from an month ago!!!! Do notnorder from here it's a scam !!!!!! Almost 50 dollars for a couple things I never received

I had order this a week ago they said one day shipping showing my order as paid unshipped I will expose them as fraud if they don't give me my money back

What a joke!! No cs phone number and no product! Heed my advice and NEVER order!!!

Yesterday, I received the items I ordered. To say I was extremely disappointed, is putting it mildly. I feel used and abused and would have been happier flushing the money I spent down the toilet! I kid you not! While I did not expect haute couture for the prices, I did expect some measure of value for my money. I work hard; I expected to be able to wear the dresses and the skirts, but four of the five dresses are see-through thin! Don't know what I'll do with them. The zipper on two do not work! And worse - far worse - is that they misrepresented the sizes, They feature black models with their distinct proportions, which led me to think that the clothing would be relatively true to my size. But they are not! I wear a size 10, but ordered an XXL dress to be on the safe side. What I got is about a size 6! Shame on RoseWe. They are scammers and tricksters and I will do all I can to warn others away from them. Shun them like the plague!

Bought a dress from Rosewe, awful, nothing like the picture, itchy,cheap and see through, they refused to refund me! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!! Pic on the left was the dress I ordered, pic on righ is what I recieved!

I purchased my two items on December 13th and on the 19th after still not receiving my items I logged onto the website to track my packages and it said ordered but not shipped. I paid to receive the items before Thanksgiving because it said 4-6 business days for shipping on their website but obviously that was not the case. When I wrote to them to explain this was time sensitive they wrote back and had the nerve (in their unprofessional, uneducated, bad punctuation and misspell emailed) that my items were out of stock and they had to order them!! Are you kidding me? Why would it not state that on their website? THEN, when I asked to get my full refund, they had the audacity to tell me they would be deducting $3 per item for "handling" when IN FACT, nothing was handled because it was never processed! I was misled, inconvenienced and scammed. Here it is now December 2nd and my items still have yet to be shipped and I have still not received a refund. I am still continuing to going back and forward with them through email because it is a company out of China. They cannot answer my questions or give me a refund. I am not really sure how to handle this going further. How can they just keep my money without shipping me my order or refunding me my money?!?!?!
