Bad company to deal with.

No refund or exchange available, No return address, no reply from company, other than issued with a ticket number, that's the beginning and end of any further correspondence with them from their end, your left, high and dry, product that doesn't fit, poor quality garments, and no one to turn too. This company is quick at taking your money, l have never dealt with any firm that the customers service has been so bad, and to rip people off this way is very unfair, and it looks bad for the companies that run a honest , good and reputable, On Line Service.

Will not respond to emails! Will not give return address!

This company will not give communicate with me, give me their return address or REFUND ME! I would strongly advise PayPal to not do business with them. I am imagine I am NOT the first cunsumer to complain to PayPal regarding this company! Do not waste your time ... They are not reputable! they really need to be reported and consumers need to be aware that this is a scam as previously said above. there is no customer service! No telephone number! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSEWE!! I have put in so many complaints and they refuse to respond.

DO NOT order from this website. They send you *** items made very poorly (with no return slip) and will do everything in their power not to give you a refund. I sent two emails to them to cancel an order and they ignored them and sent my item anyways, no confirmation...

Resolved: 2 Items way too small...very poor communication

WANT REFUND....NOW ...I have submitted ticket numbers and done all I can to get you people to respond to me.....All you say is that your sizes are for Asian people......why don't you say that when we order...My daughter ordered 5 blouses from you and they were way to small....she tried to contact you several times...and nothing...she gave the items away and stopped trying to get you to refund to her and let her return items...You should not be allowed to sell your tiny sizes without first telling people they are Asian sized...at least you should refund and/or return them.....I am VERY UNHAPPY and will continue to tell everyone I know how bad your company is....

I have not even seen my items and I'm disappointed because I have paid for the items that was supposed to be shipped 3/8/16 and I have yet to receive an email stating that it's sent. By reading others post, I know that this is going to be a journey.

I have been trying to return and get credit for 2 items...have been given many "ticket" #s but no address to send the stuff back... The Phone number is phony and I believe all the merchandise is made for midgets !!!! I am 5'5", weigh 130 and ordered size XXL.,You would have a hard time stuffing a 5 year old in these garments...Must say they would have been lovely had they been the right sizes. Can't even get PayPal to respond to me for credit because their (Rosewe) gives a false http address.I will NEVER buy from them again.....

Yes there is something fishy about this company. I have sent several emails trying to exchange two items and I keep getting a response back that someone will contact me.

All I wanted was a return address to exchange my items.

Nothing yet. This company should not be allowed to sell clothing to the US.

Rosewe - Online Order Review from Richmond, Virginia

I ordered from Rosewe on December 21th and it is now January 10th. And it has not arrived! The tracking said that it delivered yesterday on January 9th to the front door or porch. Im not even sure which U.S delivery service they used. UPS, DHL, Fed ex? It doesn't specify! Just says it was delivered when it wasn't! I immediately emailed Rosewe and waiting for a response. But regardless, I WILL NEVER order from them again. Sounds like other reviews have said the same things and I wish I would have read these before ordering. Have heard the same things about lovely wholesale. Another China based company!

Took too long for package to arrive and company will not give a refund.

I ordered a coat in Oct. 2014. Three weeks later it was not received. I emailed saying I no longer wanted the product as it was already too cold out to wear it. They said that it was at my post office and I had to pick it up and then return it. I never got notification from my post office. Finally it was delivered a month later however I refused to pick it up having it sent back instead. The company said they would refund it when they received it. As of Jan. 8, 2015 they keep saying it was not received and must be lost. This is a lie! They will not refund my money. They are a horrible website and do not stand by their return/refund policy. They are liars as my post office said the package was sent back and received by them. The entire cost is $22. They should not no problem refunding. I have given up but want people to be aware that they should not deal with this unethical company.

Order "shipped" November 22nd

I still have not received it, I have contacted the company multiple times, each time getting a response "We checked with the shipper, it is delayed due to ..." I have asked to be refunded and they state they are unable to refund me and that I should check my mail box. I order items from China all the time and never have I had issues such as this, it has been a month and half and NO package yet and their customer service is NOT helpful. I just want my money back, I am glad I ordered something cheap so if I loss the money it won't kill me but also their CS Sucks.

I could easily send you the 10 emails I have gone back and forth with your company with NO resolve. I am told to check my mail box, I am told that the shipper has delays, I am told it will be here ANY DAY.

The tracking number shows nothing but it being sent from China on the 22nd of November, no further details, you may want to consider a different tracking process.

I have ordered MANY items from China, your website says 5-15 days for shipping to the United States, being I am on the other side of the US I even was okay with 15 days, it has since been 47 days since it was shipped. I want MY money back and I am currently working with Paypal to make that happen.

Rosewe - Dress Review from Harleysville, Pennsylvania

I am extremely angry. I ordered a "dress" from this website on the 28th of December hoping that it would arrive with my dailylook order just in time for new years! My dailylook order arrived on New Years Eve and here I am sitting here on January 5th, and still no sign of my "dress." Also I recieved an email from Rosewe.com that was happy holidays card and the card was a team of dental care workers and a list of their different oral surgeries. I am fuming and everytime I try to log in to my account, it says my account does not exist. I have tried the only email and 3 passwords that I use. None of which work... I tried making a new account and it says my email was already being used. I tried to email myself a forgot password and it says then that my email does not exist in their system? HOW does that make sense?! Sincerely, A VERY pissed consumer.
