THIS PLACE IS ***!

I ordered a dress for a wedding rehearsal and paid extra to have it sent to me BEFORE the rehearsal. A week has come and gone since the rehearsal(that I ordered it well before) and I still have yet to receive my package. I contacted them through their *** communication process and they told me that it is on the way. BUUUUUUT, they have ten different ways of tracking it. How can all shipping companies be involved in ONE PACKAGE?!?!?! Anyway, I asked to at least be refunded for my shipping costs, they said I didn't pay extra. I told them I did. In the next reply from them, they said they already gave the money to the shipping company so they cannot give it back to me. HOW ON EARTH DID I GO FROM NOT PAYING FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING TO NOW THEY CANNOT REFUND ME MY SHIPPING COSTS BECAUSE THEY ALREADY GAVE IT TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY?? I have asked EVERY SINGLE TIME that someone call me, but nobody has responded to that part. This company is flakey and you should NEVER order from them. I have NO IDEA if the dress will be nice or not, but that is besides the point. They are unprofessional and lack proper communication skills. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Utterly disappointed in all areas of service!

After ordering a "two piece swimsuit" for £23.51 ($36ish) I received no such thing. For starters I was shipped two of the same item, that's two things I never ordered. Instead came what I would only describe as a shabby, cheaply made bathing costume and not even in the correct colour, material or size. Using the on site size guide I found I would need a medium however it was more of a XXL. Poor sizing along with bad customer service has left me out of pocket and stuck with unwanted items and with unnecessary hassle. I will not be using this awful site again and urge you to do the same. Disgusting!

Wack a$# website even wacker service

i was intrigued by the prices and the beautiful merchandise i was going on vacation so i ordered about 130 worth of clothes. . .too good to be true. i contacted them to ask them if it was too late to apply a coupon so i can expedite my order they said it was too late and i could apply it on my next order (which will never ever happen) (ever ) (i mean never in my life) point blank period. after several back and forths via email (which by the way they only respond after like 2 am wtf is that) i finally told them to cancel my order and refund my money. they were not trynna hear that i threatened them with police and bank fraud involvement and my pay pal account was refunded within like a day. these people are scammers

NEVER AGAIN

Not only have they not shipped my items (it's been two weeks since I ordered) but it is impossible to get a live person by phone or in any way at all. Every response is the exact same words by email and they just don't care. I asked to cancel my order, they said it wouls cost $3 PER ITEM!!!! They haven't even shipped it, how in the word should that cost me??? I wish I had known about this page before I ordered. I will never let it happen again. I would call this company a joke but the joke is on me.

this was my first and last order with this company ever! not only that everything is shipped out of china, its also absolute rubbish and cheap quality. terrible! also the sizes are completely wrong. I ordered for more than 200 us dollars, each item in large, and what came was kids sizes. I don't know how they define large, but this is just ridiculous. completely fed up! obviously this company pretends to be a US company but they are not. what is really upsetting is the wrong size. what a joke. stay away from them there is way better online shopping available.

Company aka Rosw Wholesale

I found this site through FB. I looked at the clothes on all of the Asian models and thought they were cute. Upon placing my order for $40, I felt something wasn't right. After doing a bit of research, found this company is out of China and knew I was going to have problems if I needed a refund, so I paid thru PayPal. Never got my order and PayPal refunded my money. I was one of the lucky ones! Next time you decide to buy from one of these sites that look 'too good to be true' Google the company name with the word 'complaints' after it first ppl!

I received my items and they're too small. I just want a refund. I tried to submit a ticket and it kept saying my order number was not correct but it's the only order number I ever got, it IS correct, so it won't accept the ticket and I called the number 917-621-**** but nobody answers says mailbox full, so how is someone supposed to return an item? Sounds like a lot of people have the same problem. Quite a scam going on.

If you want to leave a negative comment warning customers good luck, because the comment has to be approved by the company. Which means that honest reviews are dismissed.

The two times I bought bodycon dresses they're shaped like boxes.

My time was also wasted because they wouldn't give me a refund. THIS IS THE WORST WEBSITE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED BUYER BEWARE.

Terrible Return Policy, DO NOT SHOP HERE

My order came in a timely manner but it was the wrong size. I read the return policy and I saw that it had to be approved, but I couldn't find a way to contact them to get that approval. Then when I do finally get a response to my email they told me that it wasn't worth it to ship it back and that I should just give it to a friend or something. They wouldn't let me return the item because it would cost to much and I would "wait a long time". It is very clear this is a CHEAP company from China. Communication skills are lacking and it's really not worth your time to shop here.

Terrible Company

This is a terrible company. Do NOT purchase items from them. If an item does not fit, they make you pay for returns IF (and ONLY IF) they AUTHORIZE the return. Horrible customer service. I've been going back and forth for 3 days trying to find out how to return items to them. They're asking me to measure the clothing to make sure it was the correct size. NEWS FLASH: sometimes a size varies between companies. It's unfair for the consumer to pay just because you "think" it will fit. It will probably cost more just to return the items than what I paid. Terrible quality of clothing - very cheap. No one at the company even cares about their PAYING customers. You only get one response a day which is a battle AT BEST, but you only have 14 days to return an item. I bet I won't even get the "Authorization" to return items within the 14 day guideline.
